Flawless Pro is currently recruiting reliable and motivated Student Accommodation Cleaning Operatives to support a series of student accommodation turnaround projects across multiple locations in England.
These temporary assignments involve preparing student accommodation for incoming residents following the end of each academic term. Working as part of a professional cleaning team, you’ll help ensure bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and communal areas are cleaned to a high standard and ready for the next intake of students.
Whether you already have professional cleaning experience or have previously worked in hospitality, housekeeping, facilities management or property services, we’d like to hear from you.
About the Role
Student accommodation turnaround cleaning is a fast-paced project completed within a planned timeframe between student move-outs and new arrivals. During this period, every room and shared space must be thoroughly cleaned before the accommodation is handed back to the university, property management company or accommodation provider.
You’ll work alongside experienced team members to complete cleaning tasks safely, efficiently and to the standards expected by our clients.
Key Responsibilities
As a Student Accommodation Cleaning Operative, your duties may include:
- Cleaning student bedrooms to a high professional standard.
- Deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and communal living areas.
- Dusting, vacuuming and mopping throughout the property.
- Cleaning internal windows, doors, skirting boards and surfaces.
- Removing rubbish and preparing rooms for new occupants.
- Sanitising high-touch areas and shared facilities.
- Reporting maintenance issues or damaged items where required.
- Following health and safety procedures while using cleaning equipment and products.
- Working efficiently to meet daily project schedules.
- Supporting colleagues to complete projects on time.
